Refunding of registration fee, less an
administration charge of 30 €, will be made if a cancellation is
received before March 12th 2010. No refunds are possible after this date.

Payment is only possible by manual bank
transfer. Please make sure that bank transfer charges go to your expense.
If for any reasons a bank transfer causes considerable problems please

The organisers have no travel funds for participants
available. Participants, who want to apply for third party funds, contact the organisers directly, if it is
required to receive here a decision of the organisers committee about acceptance of the contribution before
